Due to the storms that came through yesterday we have power loss to our pump stations in the following locations.. Putney pump station the pumps into the tank on ranger station road. The pumps on pine mountain that feeds the green hills system. We are asking customers to conserve water as our tanks can hold till the power is restored so we can start pumping water into the tanks.

Start by call the office and see if the service address in in the system. If the address is in the system download the User agreement form and come by the office to make a deposit. We will need a ID and a Electric bill with name and service address on it.
You will have to contact the office and request a field technician to come and look at the site. If a tap can be done on your property it is $1,000.00. You can pay $500.00 down and payments per month or pay it all at once. A plumbers permit has to be acquired and a user agreement signed before meter is set.
Bills are due on the 15th of the month unless the 15th falls on the weekend then it is the following Monday.
If the delinquent bill isn't paid by 4:00 PM on the day of cut off it is 10% of the bill (we check the drop box at 4:00 pm on this day also)
